Take back what is rightfully yours!

Hey, Circle! Let’s cheers to the very first blog post I’m releasing here on my website. I am so happy to be delivering something valuable to you through this new platform. I hope everything in here will be your go-to place for something to inspire and motivate you.


Have you ever felt like something has been taken away from you? This world has so much to say about how we should look, act, and even what to believe in. A lot of voices dictating what will do good for us.


All the while, we think we are being contributed to but HERE’S THE TRUTH: Most of the time these voices take from us rather than add value to our lives. Do not let what the media present to you sow seeds of disappointment and discontentment in yourself.






Here are three things you can do to take ownership of yourself once again:


1. YOU ARE YOU. No one else can take your place! So take back what is rightfully yours. Speak out. You are meant to take up spaces, wherever you may be presenting yourself. And you are worthy of that space. Take back your confidence and live yourself out.


2. Set your mind on knowing who you truly are. Peel away all the layers of yourself that are not influenced by the people you want to emulate. Take away those fragments of yourself that you do not want to remain a part of you anymore. You can do it, sis! I believe in you.


3. Journeying with other people is a way to fast-track your growth into confidence again. A confidence circle is a group of people with whom you can share your journey with to be accountable. Have someone who understands you in your journey, someone who has actually learned from the process.
